Quality Inn Casa Grande I-10

I wanted to update my previous review after giving this hotel another chance, and I’m really glad I did. After my initial stay, the owner personally reached out, acknowledged my concerns, and asked if I would be willing to return while they worked on improvements. I’m back for work again, and this experience has been completely different. I was placed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully updated, and it was clear that real effort has gone into improving the property. I truly appreciate the owner taking responsibility and making things right. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled — and in this case, it was handled well. I’m impressed with the changes and would now feel comfortable staying here again.

My family enjoyed our staycation at this hotel. Friendly employees greeting us with smiles everyday. Nice rooms, clean pool with lots of shopping and dining near by.

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 dogs last night and are very pleased. There's a great accommodating court yard area to walk the dogs. The pool was great as well as the hot tub. There is an issue with the hot tub jets other than that very relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff attentive! At breakfast a gentleman left his cell phone at the table and the woman hosting the breakfast noticed right away and picked the phone up and held until the man came looking for it. Honesty isn't what some people are about but she did the right thing. All and all happy with the service

Excellent experience, we stayed 7 nights. Very good breakfast. Washer and dryer available however only one washer worked

Avi was extremely helpful. Being a truck driver its hard to get around to see places and get meals when on resets. He helped me figure out how to get a ride around to see the area and with choosing a place to eat. Will definitely be staying again if I end up back in the area

AMAZING SERVICE and true to their name QUALITY Hardip Singh was an angel, had an issue with the location of my room and she was quick to get me a room that better suit my needs without hassle. They are also in the process of upgrading and had a great presentation up at the front lobby. Looking forward to staying again aswell as bringing along my work crews. Thank you so much again!

It was very nice having complimentary snacks in the room, it was a beautiful room! Had a great stay! I even extended the stay it was that good!

This place was awesome to me in a bind. My father just passed away and I found myself stranded in this town with no money. My brother in North Carolina was trying to get me a room for the night, but as you know, it can be very difficult with credit card verification especially when the person isn't here face to face. But the lady in the front desk was so so helpful and she really went the extra mile to help to make sure I had a safe comfortable room during this really stressful time. I am so thankful that people like that can still have a heart! Also very comfy beds and peaceful spot!!! God bless you all
